Reservations & Booking
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to guarantee your booking. Rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Special rates and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated at the time of booking.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for late check-out. Guests are required to present a valid passport or government-issued ID upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged the first night's rate. For group bookings and special event reservations, different cancellation terms may apply as specified at the time of booking.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash payments in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and US Dollars (USD). Full payment is due upon check-out unless otherwise arranged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided at the time of booking. Currency exchange services are available at the reception.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the hotel property, staff, and fellow guests. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of hotel policies. Pets are not permitted on the property.
Liability
The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in rooms or on hotel premises. In-room safes are provided for the storage of valuables. The hotel shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of hotel facilities, activities, or services arranged through the hotel, including but not limited to excursions, diving, spa treatments, and transfers.
Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, volcanic activity, severe weather, government restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your stay or use of hotel services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
